Jensen might be called a jack-of-many-art-forms. He graduated from the Brigham Young University School of Fine Arts and Communications, where he began his torrid love affair with the written word. Oler spread the fruits of this love quite thinly across many media, reviewing film, music, technology and toys, filling commissions for professional abstracts, and publishing essays ranging from the censorious to the downright uproarious. [His immense literary talent and deep understanding of music lent itself well to the demands of writing The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. His immeasurable passion for music and art and his affinity for words are irreplaceable.]

Steve is an accomplished composer and arranger, whose work has been enjoyed by a range of audiences worldwide. His mastery of various musical disciplines began while studying music at Brigham Young University, and has included several original musicals, scoring contributions, and music preparation for orchestral and choral groups throughout the United States including the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square.
When he isn't earning the acclaim of his musical peers, Smith juggles many other personal and professional endeavors including operating and maintaining SoundsmithMusic.com and sharing his four children with talented wife, and musical collaborator, Jayme.
