Stories in Concert&trade is dedicated to a great family entertainment experience. We welcome your comments, questions and suggestions. Please contact tickets@storiesinconcert.com or call us at (801) 687-8951.
Refunds and Exchanges
Ticket purchases are non-refundable and may not be used for another evening's performance (except in the event of inclement weather). Performances are outdoor; please dress warmly. Performances begin promptly at 8:00 PM; Harvest Festival from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM.
Ticket Delivery
Choose to have tickets delivered by mail (shipping and handling fees apply) or pick them up at will call (free). A valid photo ID and/or ticket purchase receipt will be required for will call tickets.
Discounts
Family tickets include up to six (6) immediate family members only. Child tickets are for children ages 4 to 11. Children age 3 and under will be admitted free. Student or senior tickets require a valid student or senior photo ID and are limited to two (2) tickets per student or senior (must be age 55 or older). Group tickets are available for parties of 15 or more (inquire).
Seating
Amphitheater seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. To accommodate all audience members and for safety, guests may be asked to adjust their seating choices. Please respect fellow patrons and Sleepy Hollow ushers. Seating for the disabled is available; guests requiring special assistance should seek an usher.
Inclement Weather
In the event of rain (or snow), our performance and harvest festival may be canceled (at the discretion of Stories in Concert); ticket holders will be welcomed at another performance. Notice will be posted on the website 2 hours prior to performance time. 'Rain-check' tickets will only be available if a performance is cancelled by Stories in Concert. Please contact tickets@storiesinconcert.com to claim a rain check ticket (will call).
